    I have noticed that several commenters have had difficulty guessing the gender of the other cats that I am living with. My brother is a ginger tom - a boy cat - and his name is "Calle", which most people in Sweden would spell with a "K", as in "Kalle". "Calle" is the nickname for "Carl".
    My real cat-mother is the black tuxedo cat, Cajsa. "Cajsa" is also usually spelled with a "K". "Kajsa" or "Cajsa", and is a nickname for "Christina" or even "Karin".
